Shifting from a Negative to Positive Mindset

Shifting from a Negative to Positive Mindset

Having a negative outlook on life stops us from thinking and behaving rationally and seeing situations in their true perspective. When this occurs, we tend to see only what we want to see and remember only what we want to remember. This only prolongs the anger or grief and prevents us from enjoying life. This negativity affects our whole life, even our work.

On the other hand, positive thinking offers a beneficial impact on both physical and mental well-being. People who maintain a more positive outlook on life cope better with stress, have better immunity, and have a lower risk of premature death.

In this course we aim to:

  • Identify Automatic Negative Thoughts
  • Learn about the effects of Negative Thoughts
  • Learn about how to shift our perspective towards Positivity
